I'm looking for a 1988 or later e30. I live in Santa Clara but I'll travel anywhere in the San Francisco / South Bay area. I have a budget of $7500 but I will go a little higher if the car is worthwhile. I'm not looking for a project car or a mechanic's special because I don't have a garage available to me right now, hoping to find a pre-loved e30 that's in good order.

Here's my criteria:

1) As stated, I don't have a garage so it's got to be mechanically sound and in good condition (I'll want to get a PPI)
2) Manual transmission is required. I just learned how to drive stick (in an e30 actually) and don't want to go back to auto
3) Aesthetics matter: Red, black, white or custom colors are great. I know these are 30 year old cars but I'm expecting a nice interior and clean rims
4) 4 Doors preferred but rare I know. I can compromise on that but I'm not interested in a convertible
5) Clean title, smog, etc.
6) Clean mods are o.k.
